Lighted City of Richland vehicles will circle John Dam Plaza and deliver Santa and Mrs. Claus to the lighting countdown at HAPO Community Stage. Various departments will be showcasing their decorated vehicles and will be parked at Howard Amon Park, near the Fingernail, after the parade for display/photos.
