2:30 - 2:50 pm: Marvel Trivia, Round 1
2:50 - 5 pm: Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021, rated PG-13)
5 - 5:20: Marvel Trivia, Round 2
5:20 - 8 pm: Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3 (2023, rated PG-13).
Movie Descriptions:
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: Shang-Chi (Simu Liu) is a seemingly ordinary parking valet until he and his best friend Katy (Awkwafina) are attacked by a group of assassins from Shang-Chi’s estranged father’s criminal organization, the Ten Rings. Now, Shang-Chi sets out on a quest to warn his sister, Xialing (Meng'er Zhang), of the potential danger from their father, and is placed on path that leads Shang-Chi to unleash his true power and potential. Both of which Shang-Chi will need to stop his father and save the world. Also starring Tony Leung and Michelle Yeoh.
Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3: In Marvel Studios "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), still reeling from the loss of Gamora (Zoe Saldana), must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them. **NOTE: This movie includes disturbing imagery of laboratory animal testing.
