- Meals in Motion Auction: Drive out Senior Hunger - by Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels - 11/8-11/14 SOURCE bid here and Meals on Wheels Holiday Drive Wish List - Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels has provided a great list of needed items for their seniors! Bring new items unwrapped and drop off before Nov 30th.
- Donate to give a pet to a vet (veteran) - Service Peace Warriors a non-profit in WA that helps veterans be partnered with a pet for better quality of life. Donate here
- Attend/Volunteer at the 24th Annual Veterans Day Parade this Saturday 11/11! Downtown West Richland. Parade begins at 9:30am. Volunteers needed to help decorate and set up for the parade and on the day of parade. SOURCE
- Treats for Troops by Soldiers' Angels - Richland Public Library has teamed up with Soldiers' Angels to provide a sweet taste of home to our deployed service members this Halloween! They are shipping excess Halloween candy to the deployed and WE are an official Drop-Off site!
Stop by the library at 955 Northgate Drive from November 1st until November 21st and drop off any extra Halloween candy you may have! SOURCE - Annual Food Drive to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties from November 13th to December 13th. Let's come together and help our local kids during their holiday season. Donations of non-perishable food boxes can be dropped off at Pasco Parks & Recreation office during regular business hours. - Special Olympic Fall Games: Volunteers Needed! Once again, Tri-Cities is hosting Fall State Games for Special Olympics!
